It's just not a good time to be a boy scout right now
The latest in Boy Scout related injuries and deaths happened recently at a Boy Scout camp in New Jersey. An 8-year old girl was killed and 3 others were injured when a tree fell on top of them. Earlier this year, four adult Scout leaders were killed in a July electrical accident in Virginia at the National Boy Scout Jamboree, and five other people have died this summer from drowning and lightning during Scout outings in Wyoming, New Mexico, Utah and California. Nope. This is not a good time to be a Boy Scout.
